ENQUIRE: Once you have completed the enquiry form, you will receive an email response from me as soon as possible confirming our availability on your event date and scheduling in a consultation call or in-person meeting.

CONSULTATION: ​For a fee which is credited towards your deposit payment, we can either meet in person at our office in Carole Park or meet via zoom for a short call to discuss your floral and design vision for your event to compile the required details to create a customised quote.​

PROPOSAL/QUOTE: Following our consultation, we will email you a customised quote with transparent pricing accompanied by a mood board tailored to your style for you to review.

DEPOSIT AND ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE: To lock in your booking, you will need confirm the quote via email and you’ll be sent our contract. Upon the signing of the contract and payment of the 20% non-refundable deposit, your event will be booked in with us!

FINAL MEETING: 6-8 weeks before your event, we will book in a meeting to finalise the styling. Any changes to the quote details are to be confirmed at this meeting. Your final payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

EVENT: Once we are booked as your vendor, you can tick us off your list and we will communicate with you as needed.

Yes! Delivery and set up by Studio Ealain is required for florals, styling, and most decor items. Fees vary depending on the size and scope of your event to ensure every detail is set up beautifully and exactly as planned.

Some decor items, such as mirrors or signage, can be hired independently and these pieces can either be delivered to your venue for a fee or collected and returned to our Carole Park office, with a standard hire period of three days.

No! While we love creating beautiful weddings, we also provide floral, decor, and styling services for engagements, corporate events, business functions, and other special occasions. Whatever the event, we can help bring your vision to life.

Yes, our minimum hire spend is $500. This ensures we can provide the level of quality, service, and attention to detail that every event deserves.

Of course! We understand that plans can evolve, and it is normal for bookings to change over time. We’ll work with you to adjust your quote where possible, and a meeting will be booked in 6-8 weeks before your event to confirm and lock in all the details.

Our prices cover the base cost of the items or services only. Additional costs such as GST, delivery and set up, and travel are not included and will be quoted separately based on your event requirements.

Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This confirms your date and allows us to begin planning and reserving your florals, decor, and styling services for you.
